they are not repealing obama care anymore. the house of representatives was back at work today, which is a notable thing. doesn't happen all that often. if you put together all the hours that they are in session this month, they woke up today facing six full days of work for the entire month of december, starting today. six days in a month? oh, man! they're going to be home by december 13th for the year. and they are not planning on spending their precious working moments voting to repeal obama care anymore. since republicans took over the house, they have voted to repeal obama care 46 times! but they have stopped doing that now. since the shutdown, no more repeal obama care votes. repealing obama care now would mean they would be taking insurance from hundreds of thousands of americans. when they come back in january, it will be hundreds of thousands more americans who not just don't have just the promise of health insurance, but who are actually experiencing health insurance coverage, many of them for the first time in their

obama care does not cover babies. that was his story and it went directly from the new york post to the fox news channel. >> i assumed it was a glitch, an administrative issue so i called up the new york health exchange and was advised, no, they don't allow children to be on family plans under 2 years of able. >> obama care doesn't cover babies? is that true or false? false. it turns out the reason this particular dad did not get coverage for his baby is he forgot to list the baby when he signed up for insurance. quoting capitol, new york, the mixup appears to be routed in the dad's application, which originally listed three of his children when he has four. when the clerical error was discovered, it was fixed, except by john boehner, who is still pedaling the story as true. i'm not sure i expect fox news to correct the story, but don't you expect the speaker of the house to? next up, true or false -- that was amazing. sorry. the desk like ate it. true or false, president obama is closing the u.s. embassy at the vatic

and so senator obama got the call unexpectedly. he was on his way to a meeting on a totally different subject at the time, but he diverted course and drove to mr. mandela's hotel room in washington, and that is where this picture was taken, which is the only picture of the two men ever taken. it was taken by senator obama's personal assistant at the time who was driving him to that other meeting when the call came through to please come meet nelson mandela, and that's the only time they've ever been photographed together. we'll be right back. more to come. i need a car that's stylish and fashionable... especially in my line of work. now do you have a little lemonade stand? guys, i'm in fashion! but i also need amazing tech too... like active park assist... it practically parks itself. and what color would you like? i'll have my assistant send you over some swatches... oh... get a fusion with 0% financing for 60 months, plus $500 ford credit holiday bonus cash during the ford dream big sales event. the day building a play set begins
